The Proform 710 E is already considered one of the better Proform ellipticals but if you are looking for an elliptical that can keep up with your passion for fitness, Nordictrack ellipticals are a better choice Verdict: After having reviewed both the Proform 710 E and the Proform 510 E back to back, we have to say the 710E disappointed us a bit. The reason is that there is a price difference at the time of review between the two models yet we really had trouble finding anything that would justify the added cost. You get a few extra programs, a few more resistance levels and perhaps some improvements to the quality of construction. It is this last point I think that is of most value but it is pretty tough to justify the extra when we don’t even know how much better it is in reality.
